After a defensive mix-up in Söderhall's zone, Przemyslaw Witwicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göran Hellqvist came out of the goal and Przemyslaw Witwicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Söderhall booed when LKS Sieraków ŚL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrzej Szel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Dariusz Juszkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Göran Hellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Pål Lindman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of LKS Sieraków ŚL booed when Söderhall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ragnar Browald didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Przemyslaw Witwicki to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Söderhall got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Öfverman. A collision led to Söderhall getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bertil Öfverman hit a great ball. Przemyslaw Witwicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Göran Hellqvist made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Bertil Öfverman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Söderhall fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Tytus Czapski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Gerdberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Dariusz Juszkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Göran Hellqvist made a huge save. Dariusz Juszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göran Hellqvist having to interfere. Bertil Öfverman charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertil Öfverman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Bertil Öfverman made a precise shot to the right of Tytus Czapski. LKS Sieraków ŚL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Göran Hellqvist made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Franciszek Czeszejko sent off a good shot on target. Söderhall's Göran Hellqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Juszkowski in the 93rd minute of play. Pål Lindman hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
