Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Club Sportiv Medgidia's Francisc Cămărășan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, one of PREZULO FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Nicu Arghirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurențiu Boldur kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Mané Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Arghirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicu Arghirescu came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by PREZULO FC's Cristóvão Lucas. But to his dismay, Cristóvão Lucas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Francisc Cămărășan kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Dida Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horea Aplugăriței in the 24th minute of the match. Nicu Arghirescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mané Corrêa went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 35 played minutes Club Sportiv Medgidia got a freekick which was hit by Horea Aplugăriței. After a rather tough play, Club Sportiv Medgidia's Romeo Ungur got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Club Sportiv Medgidia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PREZULO FC were winning 1-3.

The supporters of PREZULO FC booed when Club Sportiv Medgidia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Vasîlca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicu Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 55 played minutes PREZULO FC got a freekick which was hit by José Pedro Dracena. Dida Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Horea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Mota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Nicu Arghirescu made a huge save. Club Sportiv Medgidia's Nicu Arghirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Mota in the 67th minute of play. Eduard Vasîlca charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Vasîlca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Renan Mota took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicu Arghirescu. Nicu Arghirescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Nicu Arghirescu made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Cristóvão Lucas sent off a good shot on target. Dida Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisc Cămărășan in the 76th minute of the match. Nicu Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Mota in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match PREZULO FC got a corner. Club Sportiv Medgidia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mané Corrêa ran over to the corner to take the kick. PREZULO FC's Mané Corrêa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicu Arghirescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nicu Arghirescu was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Mané Corrêa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mané Corrêa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Nicu Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Rosa during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to PREZULO FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emerson Rosa hit a great ball.
