The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Acilia Town's Diego Rava got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Rava got free with Leon Oliverio in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Magallanes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diego Rava was slow to take the kick. During this time Acilia Town's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Acilia Town's Diego Rava to fire away a dangerous shot which Leon Oliverio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Braulio Breogan tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Leon Oliverio. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Lobo in the 11th minute of play forced Acilia Town's goalkeeper Camillo Sciotto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Villa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armando Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Mauro Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 93rd minute, Arrigo Cirelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camillo Sciotto came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Magallanes's Augusto Xabier. But to his dismay, Augusto Xabier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
