The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes ★Independiente Ψ★ got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Eliazar. 9 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Lidon came free, but Lorenzo Gentza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abel Enmanuel fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joystick XXXV's protests and gave Abel Enmanuel a yellow card for diving instead. Benigno Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Gregory in the 19th minute of play. Joystick XXXV's Benigno Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Bernabel in the 20th minute of play. Benigno Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Gorbea, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Joystick XXXV booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Gorbea in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Abancens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Albino Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Joystick XXXV's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Gregory came free, but Benigno Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Joystick XXXV defense, Donato Gorbea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benigno Abancens. The Joystick XXXV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benigno Abancens should have stopped the shot. Jonatan Gregory took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benigno Abancens. Benigno Abancens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Lidon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Armando Tello hit a great ball. A collision led to Joystick XXXV getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Albino Rayman hit a great ball. The supporters of Joystick XXXV booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Raymon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Alfonso Bernabel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benigno Abancens. Alfonso Bernabel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Donato Gorbea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benigno Abancens. That made the score 0-4 in the 68 minute of play. If Arnoldo Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joystick XXXV's Benigno Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Gregory in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Joystick XXXV's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Gorbea came free, but Benigno Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Lidon during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ★Independiente Ψ★ booed when Joystick XXXV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Lidon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Gorbea in the 89th minute of play forced Joystick XXXV's goalkeeper Benigno Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Abancens having to interfere. ★Independiente Ψ★ played a much better game than Joystick XXXV and deserved their victory. The Joystick XXXV players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
