After 7 played minutes Garrapatita Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Ledesma. In the 11th match minute, Garrapatita Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Cai to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Sebastian Driussi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Garrapatita Futbol booed when Papillon AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Garrapatita Futbol's Eugenio Gartxot threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Igor Muc, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 28th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papillon AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Sebastian Driussi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Txindoki. Garrapatita Futbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Driussi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 33rd minute, Alexis Mac Allister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Igon hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Fausto Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Fernando Quintero in the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garrapatita Futbol's goalkeeper Fausto Txindoki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garrapatita Futbol's Fausto Txindoki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 43rd minute of play. After 46 played minutes Garrapatita Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Igon. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Papillon AC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 52nd minute of play forced Garrapatita Futbol's goalkeeper Fausto Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Segundo Pere hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Ledesma in the 57th minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jeremias Ledesma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Driussi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papillon AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Papillon AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexis Mac Allister in the 72nd minute. After taking down the ball on Papillon AC's corner Alexis Mac Allister fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fausto Txindoki quite easily take care of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Igor Muc notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Papillon AC's Eugenio Gartxot. Eugenio Gartxot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Garrapatita Futbol's Igor Muc got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olli-Pekka Suoste received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Txindoki came out and tried to block the shot, but Olli-Pekka Suoste slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 77th minute. Garrapatita Futbol's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Juan Fernando Quintero scored to the left of an out of position Fausto Txindoki, making the score, 2-6. Papillon AC's Milton Friedman got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexis Mac Allister kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Garrapatita Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Olli-Pekka Suoste came free, but Fausto Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute of the match, Olli-Pekka Suoste tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fausto Txindoki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Garrapatita Futbol's Fausto Txindoki got control of the ball when Sebastian Driussi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
