Spectators: 7587 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felice Di Federico started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Juan Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Losito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kroton F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Juan Bautista was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Hornos's players had a chance to rest. If Julián Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 9th minute Julián Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Losito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Los Hornos's corner Juan Bautista fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elia Losito quite easily take care of the ball. If Roberto Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julián Alvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elia Losito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. The corner ended in Juan Bautista almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kroton F.C.'s Elia Losito did a great save. Emiliano Jeraldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Zangari kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Elia Losito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Bautista, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Federico Balboni was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 36 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, one of Kroton F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kroton F.C.. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Los Hornos. Juan Bautista stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Elia Losito. 0-1. Julián Alvarez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elia Losito having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julián Alvarez in the 45th minute of play forced Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper Elia Losito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Losito came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Bautista slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 54th minute. Elia Losito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julián Alvarez in the 58th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Florentino Millano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Hornos made a substitution. Vinicio Christobal replaced Abelardo Locaio. Florentino Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. When Julián Alvarez came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Los Hornos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julián Alvarez couldn't finish the play. Julián Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper Elia Losito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Bautista. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julián Alvarez in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elia Losito saved Kroton F.C. from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, Juan Bautista notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Kroton F.C.'s Elia Losito. Elia Losito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julián Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Los Hornos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
