Miguel Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Txindoki having to interfere. A collision led to SALIMEN getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Tião Dante hit a great ball. Nereo Cai kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Teodoro Eger shot from long distance after 20 played minutes, a shot that Fausto Txindoki with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Garrapatita Futbol's Nereo Cai got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ademar Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Muc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Garrapatita Futbol's Florentino Igon got a free kick in the 28th minute. Miguel Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Fidel Mundos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Ademar Guerra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fausto Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Dantas in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Tião Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, Ernesto Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SALIMEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garrapatita Futbol the free kick. Ernesto Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Fidel Mundo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ademar Guerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garrapatita Futbol. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Muc was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Muc in the 54th minute of play forced SALIMEN's goalkeeper Ademar Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Muc in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Guerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fidel Mundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Fidel Mundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Branco in the 68th minute of play forced Garrapatita Futbol's goalkeeper Fausto Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Garrapatita Futbol fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Garrapatita Futbol's Fidel Mundo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 74 minutes, Igor Muc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garrapatita Futbol and the SALIMEN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garrapatita Futbol's Igor Muc got a free kick in the 75th minute. Aníbal Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Txindoki having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Aníbal Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SALIMEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aníbal Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Garrapatita Futbol's Fausto Txindoki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Garrapatita Futbol from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Aníbal Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SALIMEN were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Garrapatita Futbol to leave the ground with a draw.
