Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olli-Pekka Suoste started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes, Papillon AC's Oscar Ruggeri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Sazon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Papillon AC reached it. Papillon AC's Eugenio Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Primo in the 18th minute of play. Gervasio Sazon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olli-Pekka Suoste's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Eugenio Gartxot came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by ORIZABA F.C.'s Dante Txema. But to his dismay, Dante Txema quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Gervasio Sazon was a little too slow when Juan Fernando Quintero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Papillon AC's Olli-Pekka Suoste slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gervasio Sazon. That made the score 4-2 after 44 minutes of play. Gervasio Sazon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papillon AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorino Primo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Braulio Erasto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 55th minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Gervasio Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milton Friedman took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gervasio Sazon. Gervasio Sazon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. In the 61st minute of the match, Cesar Lop got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eugenio Gartxot was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 62 minutes Papillon AC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cesar Lop who took care of the corner kick. Papillon AC's Eugenio Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Primo in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Papillon AC's Eugenio Gartxot got control of the ball when Victorino Primo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olli-Pekka Suoste hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, Javier Rosario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papillon AC the free kick. After 68 played minutes ORIZABA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Javier Rosario. Javier Rosario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Eugenio Gartxot made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Sazon. ORIZABA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. Gaspar Oinatz kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, ORIZABA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Txema to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Juan Fernando Quintero came free, but Gervasio Sazon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Sazon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Friedman in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Txema in the 95th minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Sebastian Driussi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the ORIZABA F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Papillon AC.
