After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Horaţiu Tinu got a free kick in the 4th minute. The supporters of Juventus PTM booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gino Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juventus PTM's Cornel Doman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Glauco Soeiro but with some difficulty. In the 19th minute, Nicolas Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glauco Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Şumălan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 played minutes, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Charles Vidal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elite™- FC Galácticos reached it. Nicolas Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Lixandru having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ulysses Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Cornel Doman in the 32nd minute really tested Glauco Soeiro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Charles Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Elite™- FC Galácticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Vidal couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Mendes in the 37th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgil Lixandru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro Goiano in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Nicolas Mendes got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro Goiano in the 47th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Virgil Lixandru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Şumălan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Cornel Bourceanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horaţiu Tinu might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glauco Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Tinu ran back to his position shaking his head. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Basarab Patriciu with Cornel Doman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Virgil Lixandru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 63rd minute of the match Elite™- FC Galácticos got a corner. Juventus PTM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicolas Mendes ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Elite™- FC Galácticos's corner Nicolas Mendes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Virgil Lixandru quite easily take care of the ball. After 68 played minutes Juventus PTM got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Bourceanu. When Charles Vidal fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite™- FC Galácticos's protests and gave Charles Vidal a yellow card for diving instead. Charles Vidal hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus PTM's zone, Charles Vidal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgil Lixandru came out of the goal and Charles Vidal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th match minute, Juventus PTM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codruț Bărbulescu to maneuver through the defense. João Pedro Xavier hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When João Pedro Goiano came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Elite™- FC Galácticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pedro Goiano couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Santos to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Şumălan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glauco Soeiro. Glauco Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juventus PTM fans cheered their team off the field, for while Elite™- FC Galácticos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
