The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of S.E. In the 19th minute Chrisostomos Grimsø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils Ekeroth during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Aga Cuarto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Aga Cuarto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Karen FC. Telmo de Salles hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match.

In the 51st match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Augusto Sousa to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th match minute, Karen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Asklund to maneuver through the defense. Tostão Domingues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt-Åke Smitt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Tostão Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Åke Smitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Per Sjögren kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When Tostão Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Domingues couldn't finish the play. Tuta Le Van hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Håkan Spetz made in the 80th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rutger Löv immediately put the ball in play. Tuta Le Van sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Karen FC booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Aparecido didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S.E. Pindorama Eagles had won after a very even match.
