Spectators: 7623 (Terracing: 5718, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mingo Torrente started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Anacleto Clementi took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tymoteusz Piszczor to make any attempt to save it. In the 7th minute, Newells Old Boys's Nestor Tabb ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tymoteusz Piszczor. Tymoteusz Piszczor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Anacleto Clementi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tymoteusz Piszczor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tymoteusz Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mingo Torrente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Near End's Tymoteusz Piszczor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Near End from getting a goal against them. Tymoteusz Piszczor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mingo Torrente showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 22 minutes into the game, when Olaf Jajko put in a rough tackle. Mingo Torrente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tymoteusz Piszczor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Anacleto Clementi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Tymoteusz Piszczor made a huge save. Anacleto Clementi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tymoteusz Piszczor came out and tried to block the shot, but Anacleto Clementi slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Mingo Torrente recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Piszczor. Mingo Torrente showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. With a little luck, Near End's Tymoteusz Piszczor got control of the ball when Anacleto Clementi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 36 minutes, Juliusz Przybylo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Near End and the Newells Old Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Near End's Juliusz Przybylo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Nestor Tabb in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 43 played minutes Near End got a freekick which was hit by Lech Miarka. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wincenty Bartochowski was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Mingo Torrente notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Near End's Tymoteusz Piszczor. Tymoteusz Piszczor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 61st minute, Mingo Torrente made a precise shot to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor. Near End's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Tymoteusz Piszczor came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Newells Old Boys's Anacleto Clementi. But to his dismay, Anacleto Clementi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. When Newells Old Boys's Nestor Tabb in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Near End's goalie prevented a goal. Tymoteusz Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Tabb in the 77th minute of play. Mingo Torrente took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tymoteusz Piszczor. Tymoteusz Piszczor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 84th minute Jorge Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Anacleto Clementi made a precise shot to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor. Near End's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 91st minute, Mingo Torrente made a precise shot to the right of Tymoteusz Piszczor. Near End's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. After 96 minutes of play, Newells Old Boys's Mingo Torrente made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tymoteusz Piszczor was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Newells Old Boys players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
