If Mathibela Kolwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mpenza Thabang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Oto in the 12th minute of play. Astor Bero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Eiffel's Mando Modise got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Astor Bero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mpenza Thabang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Bero in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Eiffel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basil Khomane to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Astor Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mpenza Thabang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Bero hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Bero in the 37th minute of play forced Eiffel's goalkeeper Mpenza Thabang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eiffel's zone, Eliseo Jenaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mpenza Thabang came out of the goal and Eliseo Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mpenza Thabang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Oto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Bero to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Eiffel's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Jenaro came free, but Mpenza Thabang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eiffel's Samuel Takalani managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eriberto Gaur in the 57 minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, Eiffel's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Oto came free, but Mpenza Thabang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Eliseo Jenaro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mpenza Thabang. Eliseo Jenaro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Bero in the 77th minute of play forced Eiffel's goalkeeper Mpenza Thabang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Eliseo Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mpenza Thabang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mpenza Thabang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Jenaro's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The supporters of ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ booed when Eiffel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Ngake didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes in the game, Eliseo Jenaro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mpenza Thabang having to interfere. In the 92nd minute of the game, Reynaldo Izotz landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Enock Mbheki fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eiffel's protests and gave Enock Mbheki a yellow card for diving instead. Enock Mbheki kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Mpenza Thabang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Bero in the 95th minute. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
