Spectators: 7460 (Terracing: 5596, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arsenio Efraim started the match with the kick off. Edgardo Librado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Bladi in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Villa Ballester FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Abel Santikurtz hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Serapio in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Librado saved Villa Ballester FC from getting behind. Agustin Abastas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Clementi in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Celso Turi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Ballester FC the free kick. The supporters of Villa Ballester FC booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Turi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Efraim in the 14th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Agustin Abastas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Granate's Isaac Bladi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Librado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustin Abastas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, Villa Ballester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Efraim to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Clementi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Edgardo Librado was a little too slow when Lucio Serapio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Celso Turi took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Librado. Edgardo Librado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Edgardo Librado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Elazar in the 57th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Villa Ballester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Efraim to maneuver through the defense. After 60 played minutes Villa Ballester FC got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Canor. Granate were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Villa Ballester FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celso Turi took the corner. Villa Ballester FC's Edgardo Librado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Serapio in the 66th minute of play. The throw-in from Ildefonso Columbo in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Villa Ballester FC's Angel Pero. 73 minutes into the match, Isaac Bladi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Villa Ballester FC's Edgardo Librado. Edgardo Librado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgardo Librado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Teobaldo Canor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 83 minutes, Celso Turi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Turi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Librado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Bladi in the 86th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Isaac Bladi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgardo Librado was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Severiano Calixto put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Villa Ballester FC's Severiano Calixto got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There was no doubt that Granate were the better team. Granate's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
