Dimitar Tananaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Januário Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Swindon Sweden FF got a freekick which was hit by Jon Trulsson. In the 20th minute of the match Arrebimba o Malho SLB got a corner. Swindon Sweden FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sidónio Miguéis ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxen Widenborg in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lúcio Lopes saved Arrebimba o Malho SLB from getting behind. Lúcio Lopes came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Swindon Sweden FF's Maxen Widenborg. But to his dismay, Maxen Widenborg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Lúcio Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxen Widenborg. After a rather tough play, Swindon Sweden FF's Tobias Bergqvist got a free kick in the 30th minute. Januário Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitar Tananaev having to interfere. The supporters of Swindon Sweden FF booed when Arrebimba o Malho SLB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ivo Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivo Coutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitar Tananaev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Maxen Widenborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. In the 70thth minute of the game Maxen Widenborg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Lúcio Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Swindon Sweden FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arrebimba o Malho SLB for a fine match.
