Karl Ersman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Jorge Cerezo made a precise shot to the right of Karl Ersman. Örsundsbro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Örsundsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Cerezo came free, but Karl Ersman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Arne Stål's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mané Falcão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Cerezo got free with Karl Ersman in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl Ersman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Jorge Cerezo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 89th playminute. When the match was over Nitra FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Örsundsbro throughout the match.
