That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. When Tiago Gabriel Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nitra FC's protests and gave Tiago Gabriel Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rákóczifalva SE booed when Nitra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gabriel Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Rákóczifalva SE's Márió Pálffy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Nitra FC's goalkeeper Mané Falcão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Péter Barabás. Geovânio Sergipano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without D.J. Pytka having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Rákóczifalva SE got a freekick which was hit by Ákos Bökönyi. In the 22nd minute, Márió Pálffy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mané Falcão. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 28th minute, Nitra FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ákos Bökönyi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Geovânio Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rdth minute of the game Márió Pálffy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nitra FC's Mané Falcão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Péter Barabás's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Mané Falcão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Márió Pálffy to make the kick off. Márió Pálffy succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Márió Pálffy scored 5-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mané Falcão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Rákóczifalva SE's Koppány Orosz got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Rákóczifalva SE's Márió Pálffy got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 played minutes Rákóczifalva SE got a freekick which was hit by Ákos Bökönyi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márió Pálffy in the 77th minute of play forced Nitra FC's goalkeeper Mané Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mané Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márió Pálffy, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ákos Karsai kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The throw-in from Bertalan Pölöskei in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nitra FC's Mateus Gomes. If Márió Pálffy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Márió Pálffy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Falcão having to interfere. A collision led to Nitra FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Luisinho Brito hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Barabás in the 94th minute of play forced Nitra FC's goalkeeper Mané Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
