Karl Ersman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Péter Barabás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Rákóczifalva SE's Péter Barabás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl Ersman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Márió Pálffy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th minute Koppány Orosz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Ersman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Örsundsbro defense, Ákos Bökönyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl Ersman. The Örsundsbro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Ersman should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márió Pálffy in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Ersman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Barabás in the 34th minute of play forced Örsundsbro's goalkeeper Karl Ersman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Levander hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute of the match Ákos Karsai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Ersman skillfully saved the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva SE's goalkeeper D.J. Pytka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Arne Stål. Örsundsbro's Karl Ersman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koppány Orosz in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Márió Pálffy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ákos Bökönyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Ersman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 57 minutes into the match, Rákóczifalva SE's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Stål came free, but D.J. Pytka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Gábor Markos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Karl Ersman. The goal made the score 0-8. In the 63rd minute Ákos Bökönyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Ersman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Ersman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dömötör Pulai, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Karl Ersman made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Gábor Markos sent off a good shot on target. Ákos Bökönyi scored 0-9 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Ersman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Karl Ersman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Koppány Orosz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 91 minute of play.
