After some careless play in the Asdfgh defense, Luiz Gustavo Braga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixten Malmberg. The Asdfgh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixten Malmberg should have stopped the shot. In the 35th match minute, Asdfgh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Pålsson to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Asdfgh defense, Humberto Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixten Malmberg. The Asdfgh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixten Malmberg should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Allan Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Luiz Gustavo Braga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sixten Malmberg. Asdfgh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Gustavo Braga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 47th minute, AFC - Curitiba's Luiz Gustavo Braga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sixten Malmberg. Sixten Malmberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 9-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anders Åström made a kick off. Allan Furlan took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Malmberg. Sixten Malmberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Luiz Gustavo Braga sped through Asdfgh's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sixten Malmberg. Humberto Leão's late challenge caught a Asdfgh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Humberto Leão helped the player get up and apologised. Humberto Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Asdfgh's Sixten Malmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Gustavo Braga in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, AFC - Curitiba's Celsinho Vander got control of the ball when Birger Pil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sixten Malmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Gustavo Braga's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the game, AFC - Curitiba's Luiz Gustavo Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asdfgh's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Gustavo Braga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Clemente Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Asdfgh getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Brian Pålsson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Braga in the 98th minute of play forced Asdfgh's goalkeeper Sixten Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC - Curitiba had played much better football throughout.
