MARINUS MZC's Kléberson Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Lain in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Marcelo Elia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of MARINUS MZC's Kléberson Ferreira. Kléberson Ferreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 21 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio de Souza. Kléberson Ferreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sixto Tristan went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Sixto Tristan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiburones Rojos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After some careless play in the MARINUS MZC defense, Sixto Tristan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kléberson Ferreira. The MARINUS MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kléberson Ferreira should have stopped the shot. A throw-in in the 40th minute of the game was made by Manuel Kiliz with Feliberto Argina as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Tiburones Rojos getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Teodosio Lain hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Cláudio de Souza got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Marcelo Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kléberson Ferreira having to interfere. Kléberson Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Tristan in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gino Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Rojos's Marcelo Elia got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Kléberson Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Sixto Tristan sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Munhoz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Kléberson Ferreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelo Elia went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 67th minute, Tiburones Rojos's Teodosio Lain dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. 70 minutes into the game, Sixto Tristan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kléberson Ferreira. Sixto Tristan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Donato de Souza got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Kléberson Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Lain in the 77th minute of play. Kléberson Ferreira was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Sixto Tristan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sixto Tristan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Tiburones Rojos's Teofilo Venceslao was substituted for Marcelo Elia. After a rather tough play, Tiburones Rojos's Gerardo Ederono got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 91 played minutes Tiburones Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Salomone. 95 minutes into the match, MARINUS MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Tristan came free, but Kléberson Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
