Olavo Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenes Coz in the 9th minute of play. Vico Lloret took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olavo Dionísio. Olavo Dionísio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to MelissaMel getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Willian Meireles hit a great ball. Olavo Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ximenes Coz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Olavo Dionísio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ximenes Coz's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Vico Lloret dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olavo Dionísio, 2-0. After a rather tough play, FC Philotimo's Alberto Torrens got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 38 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Ximenes Coz came free, but Olavo Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Philotimo's Ximenes Coz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olavo Dionísio. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Rafa Lloret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute of the match Dadá Dias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quiñónez Louzara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ximenes Coz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MelissaMel's Tiaguinho Vinhas got a free kick in the 60th minute. MelissaMel's Olavo Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximenes Coz in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Ximenes Coz came free, but Olavo Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Velasco's late challenge caught a FC Philotimo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. Frank Velasco hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Ximenes Coz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justavino Cortez in the 70th minute of the match. FC Philotimo's Quiñónez Louzara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Borges in the 88th minute of play. MelissaMel's Olavo Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vico Lloret in the 90th minute of play. If Ximenes Coz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Willian Meireles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quiñónez Louzara having to interfere. FC Philotimo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
