Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lance Willard took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wilson Short kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Flint Braxton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nicolas Inocente, 1-0. Nicolas Inocente made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Lance Willard sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Nicolas Inocente got control of the ball when Nathanial Sanford tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lance Willard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Nicolas Inocente made a huge save. Nicolas Inocente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lance Willard went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Amador Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flint Braxton, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Flint Braxton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Inocente was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. ATLETICO MENDOZA's Efrain Aritza got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celso Fernado made a kick off. Nicolas Inocente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Willard in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Lance Willard notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of ATLETICO MENDOZA's Nicolas Inocente. Nicolas Inocente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ronald Engel hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Lance Willard came free, but Nicolas Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathanial Sanford in the 70th minute of play forced ATLETICO MENDOZA's goalkeeper Nicolas Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Adolfo Garaile put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Robby Couch. 78 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Zachery Dillon came free, but Nicolas Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flint Braxton hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Robby Couch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Garaile in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Lance Willard came free, but Nicolas Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper Robby Couch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Bermudez. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tango en Miami FC had won after a very even match.
