In the 3rd minute, Michael Haglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Svenne Svensk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eriberto Segura having to make a save. Pelayo Valdivia kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute FC NORDLAND were awarded a corner. Otto Eskilsson went to the cornerflag to take it. 25 minutes into the match, Michael Haglund notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tirant lo Blanch's Eriberto Segura. Eriberto Segura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Svenne Svensk took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Segura. Eriberto Segura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 38th minute Svenne Svensk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Segura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Tirant lo Blanch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Giner to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Svenne Svensk made the kick off in the second half. Eriberto Segura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Klintæus, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Michael Haglund scored 0-5 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriberto Segura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eriberto Segura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svenne Svensk in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Tirant lo Blanch getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ivón Barroso hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes FC NORDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Buba Breitner. Teodoro Ramiréz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lukas Matsson. FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Tirant lo Blanch booed when FC NORDLAND was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Haglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC NORDLAND's Håkan Wiklund was substituted for Bongky Boniek. Michael Haglund hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Eriberto Segura made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Michael Haglund sent off a good shot on target. Michael Haglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eriberto Segura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC NORDLAND's Svenne Svensk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eriberto Segura. That made the score 0-7 after 77 minutes of play. With his leg Eriberto Segura managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when FC NORDLAND's Michael Haglund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 84 minutes of play, FC NORDLAND's Kjell Vollander made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Segura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eriberto Segura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svenne Svensk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Haglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Eriberto Segura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 played minutes Tirant lo Blanch got a freekick which was hit by Gai Alavedra. FC NORDLAND's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
