Boguslaw Madajczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando de Alcântara in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Catugi FC's Leonel Varela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boguslaw Madajczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, liverpool team's Zachary Zacharczyk got a free kick in the 35th minute. Claudinei Carioca struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Boguslaw Madajczyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catugi FC. 47 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Skräddare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Czeslaw Dulemba. After the first half Catugi FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 88th minute of the match Henrique Félix sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boguslaw Madajczyk skillfully saved the ball. Leonel Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Madajczyk having to interfere. Sven-Edvin Skräddare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Ikalewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, liverpool team's Edward Bronder got a free kick in the 94th minute.
