The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldemar Malik got free with Borys Cymbal in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Borys Cymbal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilbert Raflewski went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when BRÓDNO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Popowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Literski in the 88th minute of play forced KKS Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Jedrzej Kieca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, KKS Lech Poznań's Marcin Byczewski got a free kick in the 100th minute. When the final whistle sounded KKS Lech Poznań left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BRÓDNO.
