When Anders Hägg came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the FC Bodil United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Hägg couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Vaqueteros FC's Abel Dimas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Abel Dimas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Vaqueteros FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abel Dimas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Abel Dimas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Romeo Dorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Skoog in the 22nd minute of the match. Orlando Fanuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conny Gullesson having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Conny Gullesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelo Marin. Orlando Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Conny Gullesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conny Gullesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Lastur, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The FC Bodil United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conny Gullesson should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Marin charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Marin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romeo Dorio had great luck who in the 80thth minute grab hold of the ball when Lars-Erik Utfal from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Orlando Fanuco took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conny Gullesson. Conny Gullesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Orlando Fanuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
