Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melchor Asier scored 1-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alin Partenadze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 17 minutes of play, Vaqueteros FC's Melchor Asier made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alin Partenadze was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alin Partenadze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Artal in the 20th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Alinborger defense, Melchor Asier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alin Partenadze. The FC Alinborger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alin Partenadze should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the match, Melchor Asier notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of FC Alinborger's Alin Partenadze. Alin Partenadze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernesto Claris scored 1-6 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alin Partenadze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alin Partenadze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Cugat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alin Partenadze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Cugat in the 37th minute of play. Nae Hodorog could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Romeo Dorio made a huge save. FC Alinborger's Alin Partenadze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Claris in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Asier came free, but Alin Partenadze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-6 lead.

When Eugenio Cugat came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Vaqueteros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Cugat couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, FC Alinborger's Alin Partenadze got control of the ball when Orlando Fanuco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute Melchor Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Partenadze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Florin Goicea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Cugat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alin Partenadze having to interfere. In the 79th minute, one of Vaqueteros FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vaqueteros FC. The supporters of Vaqueteros FC booed when FC Alinborger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Nițulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Dorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Hodorog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 96 minutes, Melchor Asier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vaqueteros FC and the FC Alinborger players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vaqueteros FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Melchor Asier hit a great ball. When the match was over Vaqueteros FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Alinborger throughout the match.
