Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) 6 minutes into the game, Victor Arrelucea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nunez Sanchez. Victor Arrelucea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Mukenio's zone, Victor Arrelucea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Sanchez came out of the goal and Victor Arrelucea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Freire's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nunez Sanchez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Victor Arrelucea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Mukenio's Nunez Sanchez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milio Cuero came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mukenio's Desiderio Bieito. But to his dismay, Desiderio Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Milio Cuero came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Mukenio's Maximiliano Todor. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Todor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 30th minute, Desiderio Bieito made a precise shot to the right of Milio Cuero. Intimos de Reynoso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Nunez Sanchez stood somewhat misplaced when Victor Arrelucea came free in front of goal and shot 3-3 to the left of him in the 33 minute. 38 minutes into the match, Flavio Crescencio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milio Cuero. Intimos de Reynoso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Crescencio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. If Chayo Aguila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Disappointed in the 3-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Tavo Arrelucea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Sanchez was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Arrelucea in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nunez Sanchez saved Deportivo Mukenio from getting behind. Chayo Aguila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Sanchez having to interfere. The Intimos de Reynoso fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Intimos de Reynoso's Victor Arrelucea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Deportivo Mukenio defense, Victor Arrelucea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Sanchez. The Deportivo Mukenio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Sanchez should have stopped the shot. In the 86thth minute of the game Victor Arrelucea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Mukenio's Nunez Sanchez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tavo Arrelucea's late challenge caught a Deportivo Mukenio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tavo Arrelucea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportivo Mukenio booed when Intimos de Reynoso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tavo Arrelucea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Intimos de Reynoso fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Mukenio had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
