The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Kestel Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Trevisan came free, but Demir Osmanlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demir Osmanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Novaes in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match, Dênis Terra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Demir Osmanlı was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 10 minutes of play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's José Augusto Novaes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demir Osmanlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Demir Osmanlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, José Augusto Novaes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demir Osmanlı was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Novaes in the 21st minute of play forced Kestel Spor's goalkeeper Demir Osmanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demir Osmanlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márcio Trevisan in the 22nd minute of play. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Luisão Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Ibirama Futebol Clube's José Augusto Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demir Osmanlı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Demir Osmanlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 66 minutes of play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's José Augusto Novaes made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demir Osmanlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Luisão Sabóia notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Kestel Spor's Demir Osmanlı. Demir Osmanlı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Dênis Terra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demir Osmanlı narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10-0 became the score in the 75th minute when José Augusto Novaes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Ibirama Futebol Clube booed when Kestel Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egemen Binışık didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kestel Spor getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gani Karan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Sabóia in the 81st minute of play forced Kestel Spor's goalkeeper Demir Osmanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Luisão Sabóia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demir Osmanlı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Demir Osmanlı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dênis Terra went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Kestel Spor's Demir Osmanlı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márcio Trevisan in the 92nd minute of play. Demir Osmanlı came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibirama Futebol Clube's Luisão Sabóia. But to his dismay, Luisão Sabóia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ibirama Futebol Clube had played much better football throughout.
