The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Nuxila got free with Sebastián Sosa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Miguel Jaimes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Timoteo Ixona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zacarias Guiles kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Clemencin got free with Sebastián Sosa in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's zone, Marcelo Tejera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Ixona came out of the goal and Marcelo Tejera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 42 played minutes 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Guillelmo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmiro Nuxila to make the kick off. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Nuxila, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 【E ➣ Los Pincha Ratas's Rafael Guillelmo got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. Cristián Rodriguez replaced Marcelo Tejera. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Nuxila in the 88th minute of play. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Leo Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Timoteo Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Real de Carmelo 2021 FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
