After a rather tough play, Boomer Fc's Madaleno Lozano got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, PS Banyuwangi's Osin Laksono ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Villa. Vicente Villa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Luthfi Irianto kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Mathias Supriatna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Vicente Villa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venceslás Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Todung Tumena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mathias Supriatna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venceslás Sánchez in the 42nd minute of play forced PS Banyuwangi's goalkeeper Todung Tumena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, PS Banyuwangi's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Laudrup came free, but Todung Tumena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Laudrup made a kick off. Osin Laksono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Villa having to interfere. Boomer Fc's Prospero Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mathias Supriatna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Vicente Villa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Boomer Fc got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Laudrup. Boomer Fc's Vicente Villa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osin Laksono in the 64th minute of play. When Mathias Supriatna came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the PS Banyuwangi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathias Supriatna couldn't finish the play. Osin Laksono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Madaleno Lozano got free with Todung Tumena in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute Agustín Valerón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todung Tumena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, PS Banyuwangi's goalkeeper Todung Tumena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Venceslás Sánchez. Despite being the better team, PS Banyuwangi failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
