The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abel Bermudez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Vengloš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to V.K.DRINK Hermanovce getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ondrej Hnilica hit a great ball. Daniel Vengloš made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Marcelino Ermengol sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Vengloš took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute of the match, Marcelino Ermengol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Daniel Vengloš saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cristian Gauargi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Vengloš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Marcelino Ermengol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendex's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelino Ermengol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to V.K.DRINK Hermanovce getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ondrej Hnilica hit a great ball. In the 35th play minute Cristian Gauargi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Vengloš. 3-0. Cristian Gauargi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Daniel Vengloš skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Abel Bermudez took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Vengloš. Daniel Vengloš dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelino Ermengol made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Peter Zmoraj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the V.K.DRINK Hermanovce and the Pendex players grew even worse after the yellow card. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Daniel Vengloš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Gauargi in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Abel Bermudez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pendex fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Pendex's Abel Bermudez got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Daniel Vengloš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Bermudez in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, V.K.DRINK Hermanovce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Hanuščak to maneuver through the defense. Pendex made a substitution. Igor Esdras replaced Cristian Gauargi. The supporters of Pendex booed when V.K.DRINK Hermanovce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Hanuščak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Vengloš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Esdras, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Marcelino Ermengol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Daniel Vengloš was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteve Elija took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Vengloš. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 75th minute, Abel Bermudez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Vengloš was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Michal Hanuščak managed to get in a good position for a shot. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's supporters rose to their feet, but Michal Hanuščak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Orlandus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Vengloš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Ermengol in the 86th minute of play. Igor Esdras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Vengloš having to interfere. Daniel Vengloš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Bermudez in the 94th minute of the match. Guaberto Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hanuščak, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Pendex's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
