Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Överås BK's Alexander Pihlwall started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateo Ciceron might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Nordin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateo Ciceron ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th match minute, Överås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Bautista made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Stig-Åke Jansson sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Peder Kilstedt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Överås BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Abelardo Bela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Marcus Nordin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Ciceron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Nordin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. INCONA FC's Bernardo Bautista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save INCONA FC from getting a goal against them. When INCONA FC's Mateo Ciceron in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 36th minute, Mateo Ciceron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcus Nordin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mateo Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Abelardo Bela charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Bela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Jansson in the 54th minute of play forced INCONA FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Bautista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Överås BK's Marcus Nordin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Ciceron in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes Överås BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tadeo Lawrence who took care of the corner kick. Bernardo Bautista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Pihlwall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, INCONA FC's Mateo Ciceron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Nordin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Mateo Ciceron took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Marcus Nordin to make any attempt to save it. 88 minutes in the game Thomas Lundberg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edmund Springfält. The INCONA FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing INCONA FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
