Spectators: 7455 (Terracing: 5592, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xulian Vivero started the match with the kick off. Xzavier Espindola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymond Johnston in the 3rd minute of the match. Challestone S.C.'s Xulian Vivero got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xzavier Espindola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyler McCraw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes, Tyler McCraw made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Challestone S.C.'s Xzavier Espindola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Raymond Johnston cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Xzavier Espindola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xzavier Espindola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyler McCraw, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Logan McCubbin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rangers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Challestone S.C.'s Xzavier Espindola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Logan McCubbin in the 22nd minute of play. Garrido Michelena kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Challestone S.C.'s zone, Raymond Johnston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xzavier Espindola came out of the goal and Raymond Johnston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tyler McCraw came free, but Xzavier Espindola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Raymond Johnston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Espindola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzavier Espindola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Charles, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, Challestone S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villota Estivariz to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes, Rangers FC's Bradley Carr shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xzavier Espindola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rangers FC reached it. Patrick Sporran hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Logan McCubbin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xzavier Espindola came out and tried to block the shot, but Logan McCubbin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 55th minute. Bradley Carr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Velasco Ezquerra fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Challestone S.C.'s protests and gave Velasco Ezquerra a yellow card for diving instead. Velasco Ezquerra hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Bradley Carr took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xzavier Espindola. Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Velasco Ezquerra got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Challestone S.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Velasco Ezquerra hit a great ball. Raymond Johnston succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 73rd playminute. Xzavier Espindola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan McCubbin in the 77th minute of the match. Raymond Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xzavier Espindola made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Tim Charles sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Rangers FC's Logan McCubbin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xzavier Espindola. That made the score 0-7 after 88 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Logan McCubbin in the 93rd minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Xzavier Espindola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
