Gürkan Yiğit hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Logan McCubbin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Engin Özsungur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Cappadocia FC booed when Rangers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyler McCraw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Engin Özsungur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Johnston in the 44th minute of play.
