Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) Hayri İlksen came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mechita F.C's Nicolas Baristo. But to his dismay, Nicolas Baristo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ahmet Ömür Akkın hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 20th match minute, Samsunspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ediz Durdu to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Baristo came free, but Hayri İlksen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Ediz Durdu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Uriel Ihintza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Hayri İlksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Baristo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hayri İlksen. Hayri İlksen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 35 played minutes Mechita F.C got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Ihintza. Mechita F.C's Herminio Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Mechita F.C from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Mechita F.C's goalkeeper Herminio Lastur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ömür Akkın. Vedat Orkun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Herminio Lastur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uriel Ihintza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Ahmet Ömür Akkın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mechita F.C's Sergio Aballe got a free kick in the 59th minute. Mechita F.C's Pastor Taurino was substituted for Modesto Paez. Sergio Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Nicolas Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mechita F.C's Uriel Ihintza got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Guillermo Errapel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Mechita F.C's zone, Ahmet Ömür Akkın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Lastur came out of the goal and Ahmet Ömür Akkın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ertaç Elçin kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Sergio Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mechita F.C booed when Samsunspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuddusî Süphan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th match minute, Mechita F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Ihintza to maneuver through the defense. Mechita F.C's Herminio Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batuğ Keykubad in the 87th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mechita F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
