A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Victor Armanca hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Bărboianu came free, but Brice Carey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viola Invest's David Şneapotă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryan Rosenberg in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Roderick Higgins came free, but David Şneapotă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brice Carey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionel Jupân in the 19th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Brice Carey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ionel Jupân. Brice Carey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Comșa in the 28th minute of play. Ionel Jupân kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Viola Invest got a freekick which was hit by Florin Răducioiu. In the 36th minute, Florin Răducioiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brice Carey was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Viola Invest's Nae Bărboianu in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Key Biscayne FC's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arturo Fuentes to make the kick off. When Key Biscayne FC's Roderick Higgins in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viola Invest's goalie prevented a goal. Florin Răducioiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nae Bărboianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brice Carey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Comșa in the 63rd minute of play. Viola Invest's David Şneapotă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roderick Higgins in the 65th minute of play. Tanner Fairchild's late challenge caught a Viola Invest's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tanner Fairchild helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tanner Fairchild hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Roderick Higgins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Nae Bărboianu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brice Carey was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nae Bărboianu in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brice Carey saved Key Biscayne FC from getting behind. When Florin Răducioiu came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Viola Invest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Răducioiu couldn't finish the play. Ionel Jupân received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Brice Carey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Răducioiu struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Brice Carey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viola Invest. After 94 played minutes Viola Invest got a freekick which was hit by Florin Răducioiu. Victor Armanca kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Zane Tanner hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Key Biscayne FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Viola Invest.
