Cosimo Renzetti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Demetrio Anelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvio Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jesus Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Justo Romo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cosimo Renzetti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 21 minutes, Jesus Frichoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sportivo Italiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Frichoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Club Sportivo Italiano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UNLIMITED:s goal. The referee gave UNLIMITED a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardo Finocchio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Sportivo Italiano's Rafael Martino. 1-2. 27 minutes into the game, Bernardo Finocchio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UNLIMITED's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sportivo Italiano the free kick. Club Sportivo Italiano made a substitution. Ceferino Blasco replaced Luis Balesio. Bernardo Finocchio hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Cosimo Renzetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The supporters of Club Sportivo Italiano booed when UNLIMITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Buffone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UNLIMITED's Florian Buffone got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After the first half Club Sportivo Italiano were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Alberto Muzzatti made the kick off in the second half. Club Sportivo Italiano's Justo Romo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 52nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Demetrio Anelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Sportivo Italiano's Justo Romo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cosimo Renzetti. That made the score 1-4 after 71 minutes of play. In the 76th minute, Fermin Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th match minute, UNLIMITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Finocchio to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Octavio Senio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cosimo Renzetti. The goal made the score 1-5. In the 89th minute, Justo Romo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cosimo Renzetti. The goal made the score 1-6. 92 minutes into the game, Justo Romo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Cosimo Renzetti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cosimo Renzetti came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportivo Italiano's Octavio Senio. But to his dismay, Octavio Senio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. The UNLIMITED fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Sportivo Italiano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
