The supporters of Manchester United F.C. booed when Atlético y Tiro Rqta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haralampi Glavanakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Pablo Oroitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Haralampi Glavanakov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pablo Oroitz. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. After some careless play in the Atlético y Tiro Rqta defense, Venko Kuleliev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pablo Oroitz. The Atlético y Tiro Rqta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pablo Oroitz should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Atlético y Tiro Rqta's Pablo Oroitz got control of the ball when Minko Gurbalov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Venko Kulelievs short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Pablo Oroitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 28 minutes into the game, Venko Kuleliev lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Pablo Oroitz. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Gancho Nenchov hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Huben Madolev put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Manchester United F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético y Tiro Rqta:s goal. Anacleto Kinsen shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Haralampi Glavanakov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Uzuri was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Atlético y Tiro Rqta getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anacleto Kinsen hit a great ball. Tzanyo Zvúncharov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Jerrold in the 59th minute of play. Tzanyo Zvúncharov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Steven in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Nicolas Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venko Kuleliev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Roldanillo charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Roldanillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Nicolas Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haralampi Glavanakov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 79 minutes, Venko Kuleliev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Venko Kuleliev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Tzanyo Zvúncharov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Steven. If Venko Kuleliev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Jerrold in the 95th minute of play forced Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Tzanyo Zvúncharov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manchester United F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
