When Matías de Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Corinthians Paulista's protests and gave Matías de Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes S.C. Corinthians Paulista got a freekick which was hit by Matías de Moraes. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 19th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vegim Cvetkovski. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Saško Petrevski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wonderkids's supporters rose to their feet, but Saško Petrevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gavril Sarev to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Rayman Guiral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fernando Figueiredo. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rayman Guiral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 57th minute, Júlio Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Gavril Sarev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavril Sarev in the 63rd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Wonderkids's Rayman Guiral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rayman Guiral during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rayman Guiral, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Gustavo Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Rayman Guiral scored 6-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fernando Figueiredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Wonderkids's Samir Manojlovski got a free kick in the 96th minute. Wonderkids walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
