Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliseo Anaya started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Baldomero Bermund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of MarquinhosEC booed when Fashions del Averno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Sílvio Luiz Baiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MarquinhosEC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 19th match minute, MarquinhosEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guto de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Fashions del Averno's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Simões came free, but Lucio Henrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Reynaldo Souto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Henrico was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 26 minutes, Ariel Ourente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fashions del Averno and the MarquinhosEC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fashions del Averno's Ariel Ourente got a free kick in the 26th minute. Baldomero Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Simões in the 35th minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Lucio Henrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Anaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Henrique Domingues in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fashions del Averno's Mateo Bartuelo. Lucio Henrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With a little luck, Fashions del Averno's Lucio Henrico got control of the ball when Dorian Prado tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulisses Carioca to strike the kick off in the second half. Fashions del Averno's Lucio Henrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Souto in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Souto in the 61st minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Lucio Henrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lucio Henrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, MarquinhosEC's Ciro Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucio Henrico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Lucio Henrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Baldomero Bermund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Dorian Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Henrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucio Henrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Carioca in the 79th minute of play. Ciro Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Henrico having to interfere. After 85 minutes of play, MarquinhosEC's Alfredo Loyola made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucio Henrico was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Simões in the 90th minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Lucio Henrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Constantino Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. There was no doubt that MarquinhosEC were the better team. MarquinhosEC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
