After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thierry Fouet was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Sacha Amara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ground Control's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sacha Amara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ground Control's Thierry Fouet got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thierry Fouet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Olov Groth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Hård in the 93rd minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Josselin Portet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Snipers booed when Ground Control was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvain Chiffoleau didn't get a good kick on the ball.
