Christoff Dirckx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Chusca's goal looked a bit too open when Youri Goolen came free, but Leon Salomone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes Club Atletico Chusca got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Millrick. In the 10th minute Youri Goolen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Salomone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthieu Leempoels in the 11th minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Leon Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Vicente Dechamps ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Salomone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Theo Van Haght had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Salomone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Youri Goolen went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Leon Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Van Haght, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youri Goolen in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Youri Goolen in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Salomone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Dechamps in the 30th minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Leon Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordi Demeyer kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Christoff Dirckx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alonzo Lugo went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Vicente Dechamps scored 2-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Salomone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Youri Goolen to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Flamenco United's Leon Salomone threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vicente Dechamps, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th minute, Robbie Van Eijken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flamenco United made a substitution. Edward Wuyts replaced Youri Goolen. In the 60th match minute, Flamenco United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbie Van Eijken to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Ireno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Club Atletico Chusca booed when Flamenco United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Vermeulen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Flamenco United's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Lugo came free, but Christoff Dirckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Edward Wuyts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamenco United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. After 72 minutes, Edward Wuyts made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atletico Chusca's Leon Salomone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Antonio Ireno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Dechamps, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Salomone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Wuyts in the 78th minute of play. Leon Salomone was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vicente Dechamps showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 81 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicente Dechamps kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leon Salomone. That made the score 2-7 in the 85 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Wuyts in the 90th minute of play forced Club Atletico Chusca's goalkeeper Leon Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Flamenco United's Edward Wuyts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Salomone. That made the score 2-8 after 92 minutes of play. After 94 played minutes Club Atletico Chusca got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Millrick. 96 minutes into the match, Edward Wuyts notched a goal, 2-9, to the right of Club Atletico Chusca's Leon Salomone. Leon Salomone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Club Atletico Chusca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Flamenco United's performance. The match ended with a win for Flamenco United.
