Damião Passos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jack Lindgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Damião Passos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. With an all-out effort, Academia Monte Gordo's Jack Lindgren threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damião Passos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Damião Passos took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jack Lindgren to make any attempt to save it. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Hildeberto Sesimbra sped through Köping's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jack Lindgren. Hildeberto Sesimbra might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack Lindgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hildeberto Sesimbra ran back to his position shaking his head. Jack Lindgren came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Monte Gordo's Hildeberto Sesimbra. But to his dismay, Hildeberto Sesimbra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Armindo Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Bark in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damião Passos in the 27th minute of play forced Köping's goalkeeper Jack Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Academia Monte Gordo's Hildeberto Sesimbra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Academia Monte Gordo's Armindo Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Lidström in the 40th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Karl Bark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köping and the Academia Monte Gordo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl Bark kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Alex Lidström made the kick off in the second half. If Karl Bark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goalkeeper Armindo Silveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl Bark. Karl Bark blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armindo Silveira having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl Bark in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Silveira saved Academia Monte Gordo from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Furtado during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Diego Furtado hit a great ball. Köping's Jack Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 65th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Hildeberto Sesimbra put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jack Lindgren. Stig Aronsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Armindo Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Academia Monte Gordo's Hildeberto Sesimbra in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Köping's goalie prevented a goal. 73 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Damião Passos came free, but Jack Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Monte Gordo's zone, Karl Bark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Silveira came out of the goal and Karl Bark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armindo Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Lidström in the 85th minute. The Academia Monte Gordo fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Academia Monte Gordo's Damião Passos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 91 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Hildeberto Sesimbra came free, but Jack Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Igor Colaço got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute Hildeberto Sesimbra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Köping defense, Hildeberto Sesimbra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jack Lindgren. The Köping fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack Lindgren should have stopped the shot.
