Celedonio Cordarrol really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Eustacio Perfecto got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Gilvan Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Renatinho Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Diamante Negro DK - VV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renatinho Freitas couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the game, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Billy Servaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Segundo Enetz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celedonio Cordarrol to strike the kick off in the second half. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Tomé Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Cordarrol in the 52nd minute of play. Segundo Enetz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilvan Silva in the 66th minute. Diamante Negro DK - VV were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after San Fernando Eagles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nuno Viana took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Nuno Viana got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Segundo Enetz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Billy Servaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Enetz having to interfere. San Fernando Eagles's Segundo Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Freitas in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by San Fernando Eagles's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nuno Viana was slow to take the kick. During this time Diamante Negro DK - VV's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nuno Viana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Fernando Eagles's Segundo Enetz did a great save. Renatinho Freitas's late challenge caught a San Fernando Eagles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renatinho Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. San Fernando Eagles's Eustacio Perfecto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Olavo Hermes, made in the 89th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Renatinho Freitas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Celedonio Cordarrol charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Cordarrol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Celedonio Cordarrol got a free kick in the 94th minute. Diamante Negro DK - VV's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
