Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The supporters of Green Squad FC booed when Sheep United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Kuiper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bennie Geerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo de Salles in the 6th minute of play. Green Squad FC's Luís Gustavo de Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Gustavo de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennie Geerts having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Sheep United got a freekick which was hit by Henk van der Schans. Luís Eduardo Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bennie Geerts having to interfere. If Luís Gustavo de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes, Tim Heerspink mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sheep United and the Green Squad FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leon Smit hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Eliseu Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bennie Geerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bennie Geerts came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Squad FC's Luís Gustavo de Salles. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 41st match minute, Green Squad FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Neto to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Green Squad FC's Danilo Loyola got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Gustavo de Salles to strike the kick off in the second half. Sheep United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Luís Gustavo de Salles scored to the left of an out of position Bennie Geerts, making the score, 0-3. Wesley Ferreira's late challenge caught a Sheep United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wesley Ferreira helped the player get up and apologised. Wesley Ferreira hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Green Squad FC's Hugo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kuiper in the 68th minute of play. Sheep United's Bennie Geerts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Sheep United from getting a goal against them. Hugo Diniz came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Sheep United's Martijn van Alst. But to his dismay, Martijn van Alst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Tarcisio Velloso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Han Koekkoek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Diniz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Sheep United's Bennie Geerts got control of the ball when Luís Gustavo de Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Green Squad FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Luís Eduardo Senna scored 1-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bennie Geerts, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Green Squad FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
