Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dimos Violopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th minute, Gottfrid Lindström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panagiotis Kolleris was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doyle Brunson got free with Panagiotis Kolleris in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Soned in the 18th minute of play forced Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Panagiotis Kolleris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panagiotis Kolleris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doyle Brunson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Karl-Michael Larsson got a free kick in the 20th minute. The supporters of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK booed when Trifillia.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thodoris Mavromatakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Christopher Stålberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goal looked a bit too open when Thodoris Mavromatakis came free, but Scott Stopar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panagiotis Kolleris made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Doyle Brunson sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK were furious when Christopher Stålberg was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After having played for 54 minutes, Konstantinos Kapareliotis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trifillia.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstantinos Kapareliotis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Scott Stopar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Trifillia.FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Emmanouil Georgiadis hit a great ball. If Anthon Soned had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jhonny Chan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Trifillia.FC's Panagiotis Kolleris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Soned in the 75th minute of play. Jhonny Chan took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panagiotis Kolleris. Panagiotis Kolleris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Scott Stopar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantinos Kapareliotis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trifillia.FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
