If Remus Papaiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, C.A Gryffindor's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Stoleru came free, but Antônio Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes C.A Gryffindor got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Loureiro. 16 minutes into the match, Leontin Stoleru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antônio Rezende. C.A Gryffindor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leontin Stoleru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Antônio Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Stoleru in the 20th minute of play. Antônio Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Stoleru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A Gryffindor's Antônio Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Stoleru in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Leontin Stoleru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, C.A Gryffindor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moisés de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Pereira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dorel Bunescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex França in the 58th minute of the match. Dorel Bunescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 77 played minutes, C.A Gryffindor's Rafa Diniz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dorel Bunescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A Gryffindor reached it. 79 minutes into the game, C.A Gryffindor's Sebastian Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorel Bunescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Buteanu during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, LIVERPOOL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Buteanu to maneuver through the defense. Remus Papaiani stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Antônio Rezende. 5-5. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
