After having played for 2 minutes, Anacleto Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hortensia FCG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Lalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pastor Loramendi charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Loramendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Pastor Loramendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Hortensia FCG's Pastor Loramendi got a free kick in the 12th minute. Casimiro Iago took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcial Mingo. Marcial Mingo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Hulberto in the 22nd minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Candido Meder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Hortensia FCG's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Federigo came free, but Marcial Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Serafino Tolino got a free kick in the 25th minute. Arnulfo Hulbertos short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Candido Meder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 32 minutes into the match, Hortensia FCG's Arnulfo Hulberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Candido Meder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esteban Raebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Candido Meder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Lalla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Candido Meder skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Candido Meder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnulfo Hulberto in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Arnulfo Hulberto made the kick off in the second half. Candido Meder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Hulberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Eustacio Lamberto got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Esteban Raebert came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Hortensia FCG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Raebert couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the game, Casimiro Iago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcial Mingo. Casimiro Iago showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. A collision led to Guanacos getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Anacleto Sanduru hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Celso Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hortensia FCG's Marcial Mingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Dimo in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Guanacos's Casimiro Iago ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Mingo. Marcial Mingo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Marcial Mingo was a little too slow when Astor Salbatore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Raebert during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Esteban Raebert kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hortensia FCG's Esteban Raebert got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Guanacos's Casimiro Iago was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 74th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 77th minute, Damian Austin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Iago received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcial Mingo came out and tried to block the shot, but Casimiro Iago slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 78th minute. Marcial Mingo was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Lucas Iratze capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucas Iratze really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Lucas Iratze scored 0-8 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Mingo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casimiro Iago received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcial Mingo came out and tried to block the shot, but Casimiro Iago slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 89th minute. Marcial Mingo stood somewhat misplaced when Casimiro Iago came free in front of goal and shot 0-10 to the left of him in the 94 minute.
