After 51 minutes, Alfred Vikström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honung and the De Beverpatrouille players grew even worse after the yellow card. De Beverpatrouille's Garry Heijlen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save De Beverpatrouille from getting a goal against them. If Matei Vasilache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The De Beverpatrouille fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honung had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
