When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Alberigo Gianfrancesco took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Boguslaw Falk to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Skarpa Ełk's Marian Pawlak got a free kick in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Ernesto Minichiello notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Skarpa Ełk's Boguslaw Falk. Boguslaw Falk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Casiraghi. In the 35th minute of the match Mateusz Wojtkiewicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Polidori skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, XMAS's Boguslaw Falk threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberigo Gianfrancesco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 42nd minute, Alberigo Gianfrancesco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boguslaw Falk. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Minichiello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberigo Gianfrancesco scored 4-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boguslaw Falk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Skarpa Ełk's Aleksander Limanowski got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enzo Alfonsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Eugeniusz Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boguslaw Falk came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by XMAS's Alberigo Gianfrancesco. But to his dismay, Alberigo Gianfrancesco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Eugeniusz Wawrukiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. XMAS fully deserved thier win.
